TEA, and Red Meat

No

Gov. Rick Perry ran through a circuit of TEA parties on Independence Day; we caught his Austin speech to several hundred hot (102 degrees!) Texans who gathered on the South grounds of the state Capitol for a day of talks from conservative political folks.

You can listen to his speech (about 10 minutes) here, or with the player below. Perry was also scheduled to make stops in Sulphur Springs, Rockwall, and San Antonio. TEA, in this case, stands for "Taxed Enough Already."
